I chose to give V8 +Energy—Campbell's twist on their classic V8 juices—a packaging refresh because in comparison to other, more popular energy drinks, its branding gets completely lost. Most people who know V8 probably associate their brand with decades-old tomato juice and while that product still earns its place on the shelves in stores, V8 +Energy was made to serve a different purpose. V8 +Energy drinks are targeted towards a different demographic, so their packaging should reflect that.

I made a research booklet where I explored the visual concepts and marketing strategies used by today's leading energy drink brands. With this, I created redesigns for two of V8 +Energy's popular flavors, Pomegranate Blueberry and Strawberry Lemonade.
