wavelength brand identity

This project began with the challenge of creating a logo and brand identity based on a randomly assigned letter and number—in my case, "W" and "3." From that prompt, I developed the concept for Wavelength, a music-based app where users can share their thoughts and reviews, similar to how Letterboxd functions for movies. This concept became a springboard for me to explore and strengthen my skills in branding, typography, and marketing.

After extensive experimentation, I transformed the "W" and "3" into a loose, abstract form resembling an audio wavelength. Once the logo was finalized, I selected modern, sleek colors and typefaces that complemented the design and reinforced the concept.

I also created a short logo animation designed for use in digital marketing materials, such as app previews, social media content, or promotional videos. This not only added a dynamic element to the brand but also gave me the opportunity to further develop my animation skills and explore how motion graphics can help define a visual identity.
